I am someone who approaches life and its challenges with tenacity and fearlessness. Being the youngest of 4 kids I had to be tough and competitive in order to keep up with my siblings. That was long ago but as a result that determination still lives inside me. It shows in my business and my relationships – both of which are of utmost importance to me!
I was born way up north in Whitehorse, Yukon. When I was 8-years-old my family moved to Greater Vancouver. I was a promising young gymnast and went on to compete internationally as a trampolinist and provincially as a spring-board diver. I was laser-focussed on conditioning and training which resulted in many championships and podium appearances.
My flipping and tumbling days are long since over but the focus and determination are ingrained in me forever. I have 2 wonderful adult sons who are amazing athletes by their own rights and my two favourite people in the world. They are intelligent, kind, funny, compassionate and conscientious – all the traits I admire and embody everyday. I couldn’t be prouder of the young men they have become!
As a RE/MAX agent I have been the recipient of many sales awards and recognition for my work in the community as an organizer for fundraising events and volunteering my to help others in need. I’ve spent time as a consultant to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and am former Vice-Chair of the Board for Burnaby, New Westminster, Tricities area. Being active in the organization that I belong to enables me to keep a constant pulse on all local real estate markets and keeps me connected to the inner workings of the industry.
